1. Validity
Aviatefinder vouchers are valid for at least 36 months from the date of purchase. Their validity ends on 31 December of the calendar year in which the 36-month period expires.
After the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used for bookings through Aviatefinder.
2. Redemption
The voucher can be redeemed for eligible offers that are marked accordingly and can be booked through Aviatefinder.
Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
3. Withdrawal
You may withdraw your voucher order within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period without giving any reason.

4. Vouchers already redeemed
If the voucher has already been used in full or in part for a booking, the respective Aviatefinder cancellation and rebooking conditions apply to the resulting booking.
Withdrawal from the original voucher order is only possible to the extent that a statutory right of withdrawal still exists.
5. Flights with a fixed date
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for flights or flight experiences that have already been booked for a specifically agreed date or period.
In that case, the respective cancellation and rebooking conditions of the booking apply to any cancellation or rescheduling.
6. Loss of the voucher
Vouchers must be treated like a means of payment. Aviatefinder accepts no liability for vouchers or voucher codes that are redeemed by third parties due to loss attributable to the customer or because the customer has passed them on.
